Chris BayleyChris Bayley, Principal, has been in business for 14 years, designing, installing, and maintaining onsite wastewater systems on southern Vancouver Island. Located in the Cowichan Valley, he has built a business through word-of-mouth and by building relationships with clients.

CW+ works almost exclusively with Eric Egeland of Baldy Mountain Bobcat who have a Bobcat 35 Mini-Excavator as well as a Bobcat Skid Steer and the trucks and trailer to haul equipment to and from job sites.

Chris is a member of the Western Canada Onsite Wastewater Management Association (WCOWMA) and sits on the WCOWMA board of directors. He is a member in good standing of the Applied Science Trades and Technologist Association of British Columbia (ASTTBC).

Over the past 14 years, CW+ has designed and installed over 150 systems that are filed and certified with Island Health.

When required, CW+ works with both engineers and hydrogeologists to ensure the environment is protected and wastewater is properly treated in even the most challenging site.
